Education

Understanding

My goal as a teacher is to make complex psychological ideas understandable without oversimplifying them. I want students not simply to learn theories and findings, but to understand how ideas fit together, how to evaluate them critically, and how they can be applied to understanding human behavior.

Growth

I believe education can change the trajectory of your life. At its best, education expands the possibilities people imagine for themselves, develops intellectual confidence, and creates opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Opportunity

Education can open doors. It can provide access to opportunities that might otherwise seem out of reach and expand what people believe is possible for themselves. My own unconventional path through education has deeply influenced my belief in its power to create new opportunities.
